Allan B Manweiller of Bellwood Illinois has been promoted to captain in the U S Air Force. He serves as a RFC Phantom I pilot at Kadena AB Okinawa and has completed a Vietnam tour. A 1958 Proviso East graduate, he earned a BS in accounting from the University of Illinois and was commissioned via ROTC in 1963. His wife Nancy is the daughter of Mr and Mrs William C Fry of Harlem.

Spring Concert to Feature Jon Wulff at Proviso East
The Proviso Township High Schools Orchestra holds its third annual Spring Concert Friday May 12 at 8 p.m. in the Proviso East high school auditorium Wood. Senior Jon Wulff of Forest Park will perform Haydn trumpet concerto. He has four years in the music department and plans to attend Luther College Decorah Iowa.
