Forest Park Chamber of Commerce unveils a major sidewalk sale to be chaired by Sam Zussman. Man Identified After Tragic Death On Roosevelt Road
Forest Park detectives identified a man killed when struck by a truck on Roosevelt Road near the Des Plaines River on May 1. Edward Mazlaka, 62, was named by a tavern patron and confirmed by his brother. The victim, never married, may have been despondent after a brother's death.
