Open House For Proviso Township Practical Nursing School

Three Stitches After River Forest Car Crash
A River Forest car driven by Thomas Giles lost control Saturday and hit a tree at Desplaines and Adams. Giles received three stitches for a head wound at Oak Park hospital and was charged with reckless driving.

Student Nurses Chorus to Sing Sacred Concert at Forest Park Church
The Student Nurse's Chorus of West Suburban Hospital, 40 members, will present a sacred concert Sunday at 6 30 p m in Forest Park Baptist church. One monthly concert is held in area churches. The program features anthems and special selections. The hospital training school partners with Wheaton College. All are invited to attend service and concert.

76 Flower Baskets In Forest Park This Spring
Forest Park celebrates spring with 76 flowering baskets hung on light poles along Madison Desplaines Harrison Circle Harvard and Roosevelt up from last year by 20. The baskets may expand to more areas next year while plans move forward for a second annual sidewalk sale in Forest Park on Monday June.
