Vandals break 100 panes of glass over weekend
A window vandalism spree left at least 100 panes broken including garage windows, house panes, and a 1956 Chevy windshield. Police, led by Officer Whelpley, chased suspects to numerous addresses on Marengo Elgin Circle Thomas and Circle avenues with extensive damage reported.
