Kiwanis Fall Golf Tourney Held at Itasca

Chicago Judge Arrested Here Case Is Settled

Judge Frank Comerford chief justice of the Superior court was arrested for speeding by Police Chief Fred Licht Manglay afternoon along Roosevelt road between Harlem and Circle avenues. The case was settled out of court after the judge recalled the officer became abusive. Comerford is known in Forest Park where he has spoken before the Women's Lib group.
