Stop at Alley Now Rule for Car Drivers
Stop signs two feet high will be erected at alley exits by Commissioner Bramon to urge drivers to stop before entering streets from alleys. This week he is patching holes in Dunlop avenue and has set up a tool shed at the village street department barn. An inventory of tools is underway and personnel using them will be held responsible. Memorial Services at Showmen's Lot
Memorial services will be held by Hagenback's circus employees at Woorwala cemetery Sunday at 11 a.m. for former comrades buried there. The Showmen's Association of America owns a block with marble elephants and sentinel statues. A sacred concert by the circus band will precede placing flowers on 58 graves. The circus people were killed when two trains collided between Samuelmond and Cary.
