Proviso High Orchestra Sets First Concert of Three

Proviso High School’s ninety piece orchestra opens a three concert series with a program including Schubert unfinished symphony and Tchaikovsky. Noted players Kenneth Roquemore Doris Hall and Joseph Pafume headline a lineup featuring freshman violinists and the La Zimpana Orchestra Boho Violin Quartet. The Orchestra Parent Association funds and supports recent progress and a trip to the Columbus national contest.

Eastern Star Bunco Party Set for Monday February 7

The village council approved the resolution Monday night with votes from Huxhold, Koerber, Thompson, and Mayor Hussey. Koerber and Thompsons signed the measure.
