In a busy week at Criminal Court Chief Joseph Cortino and officers testified against James Monsor and Tim DuBarry for armed robbery after a chase on the Expressway. Monsor got 15 years. DuBarry awaits sentencing. The cases involving Richard Ahlstrand and Diane Werner for burglary and forgery resulted in Werner receiving 17 years and Ahlstrand 27 years. Norman Mueller was sentenced to 210 years for burglary. caught by Sgt. Carl Drechaler and Officer Kandler.
