Lions hear Lea Stange share life in the Big Leagues
At the January 29 Lions meeting Lea Stange described life with the Minneapolis Twins and offered tips to Little Leaguers about learning basics. He emphasized accuracy and speed over curve pitching and urged careful, gradual curve training to protect young arms. Lion President Frank Stanek announced a joint meeting with Maywood, River Grove and Broadview on March 13.
