Lawrence P. Buckley promoted from Cashier to Executive Vice President of the Bank of Hillside announced by Edgar M. Elbert. Buckley helped grow the bank to over 8 million since 1964 and has 22 years banking experience.

Chicago born baseball star Moose Skowron, famed Yankee great with eight World Series appearances, spoke to the Forest Park Kiwanis last week. He showed the club films of the 1967 World Series and received a certificate from Club President John Farrell. Skowron, now Mackle Bros. division manager, was aided by Norman Lewis and Louis Romeo.
Robert Jensen is home for 30 days after Army duty in Viet Nam. He is the son of Mr and Mrs Kenneth Jensen of 835 Beloit. After leave he reports to Fort Hood Texas.
Forest Park National Bank president and Forest Park Chamber of Commerce head Ratajak led local delegation at the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce dinner and report meeting on Tuesday evening. Representatives from suburban town chambers joined in the discussions.
