The Paragon club of Forest Park held the installation of officers Saturday evening January 2 at its clubrooms Vernon Reich acted as installing officer. Arthur Neubiser was installed by president Fred Mamm with Trving Rinmiller as treasurer Ralph Abel as secretary George Strasheim as chairman of directors and Allen Kluge Richard Oswald and Oliver Lueck as board members. Retiring president Ervin Huliebach received the Paragon Pie We appreciation for his loyal services. Other retiring officers Art Neubiser vice president Ernec Neubiser treasurer Herbert Petersulin secretary Erving Rittmuiller Karl Witt and Harry Neubiser were thanked. Refreshments followed and all enjoyed the evening.

Mrs Nbeth Theresa Hoster Hasler a widow of Frank W Hasler and mother of Harald Hasler died February 1 1939 at her Forest Park home. Born January 12 1862 in Chicago she came to Forest Park in 1907 with her husband who died in 1920. Survived by three sons Walter Madison street merchant now in Miami Farol and others. Funeral Saturday January 1 1939 at Zimmermans chapel with Eastern Star and Rev Fred Semuster officiating. Interment Forest Home Cemetery.
