Obituary of Charles I Goldenbogen pioneer Forest Park resident
Charles I Goldenbogen of MV Dea walien avenue and a Forest Park pioneer died at home on Monday August 21. Born in Port Erie Canada in 18m, he moved to Forest Park in 1874 with his wife and two daughters Mrs Walter Young and Mrs German, and two sons Charles and Co. A sister and a brother in Mayfair also survive. Funeral services were held at the residence and St John’s Lutheran at 2 o’clock. The funeral of Private Arthur Kramer, who died in Germany in March 2048, arrived in Forest Park Thursday August 11 and was held last Saturday at Forest Home chapel with American Legion post honors. Participants included Commander William Sedlup, Walter Rojahn, Harry Wann, Edward Brinn, Nicholas Nehauk, Edward Montrel, Ghomes Lossow, Fred Colberg, Arthur Schoepter, Ray Quandt, Fred Becker, George Brown, and Byrle Mogk, bugler.
