A 24 year old Cicero man, John J. Scudliers, was arrested by Forest Park officers after an alarm at Noma Worldwide Industries led to his second attempt at burglary. He admitted prior entry on July 28 stealing multiple cameras and pocket cams valued at about 1 000 dollars, and faces two burglary counts with bond over 10 000.
