Obituary for David Worswick of Oak Park
David Worswick, 1120 Chicago Avenue, Oak Park, longtime Pstat service employee, died at home early Thursday after four days with pneumonia. He served on the parish post wagon and did regular collecting on Sundays. He collapsed at work and worsened until death five days later. He was well known and his death is deeply regretted. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon from the residence. Survived by his wife, several sisters and brothers.

About four weeks earlier the county superintendent invited St. John’s Lutheran School to join a double spelling contest.
