Rutherfordton June 25 The special term for civil trials adjourned Friday after a two week session hindered by judge illness and witness delays. The docket ends in good shape for next term with many cases compromised or dismissed. Decided judgments include Glickman v Michilove 2200 for injuries and Gibson v Ledbetter 250, Magness v Thorne 238 plus interest, Youngs v Town of Forest City 1500 damages and land title transfer, Alexander v Forest City 4000 damages and land transfer, Town of Bostic v Jones 200 damages, Lipscombe v Southern Railway 100 damages and Lipscombe v Southern Railway 75 damages, Moore Agency v Hampton for defendant.
