Damon Shodrock of Floresville FFA son of John and Marcy Shodrock earned major prizes at the New Braunfels Summerfest Steer and Lamb Futurity on Sunday June 8. He placed second in Heavy Weight Market Finewool and won first in Medium Weight Market Finewool cross lamb, becoming Champion Market Crossbred, Overall Champion Crossbred, Grand Champion Market Lamb and Grand Champion of the Show. Total winnings were 635 dollars plus a satin jacket and silver belt buckle.

Little Receives Scholarships From Texas A M and UT Austin
