Trustee Prods Tuition Pay for Ross Township Students
Ross township trustee in Clinton county faced a tuition dispute with Frankfort city over high school attendance. After Rossville schools closed eight pupils moved to Frankfort, parents sought $2.00 monthly tuition, the trustee refused until the State Superintendent ruled the trustee must cover tuition for township students attending a neighboring high school.
