Blackburn Sentenced to 3 to 10 Years for Manslaughter
Melvin Blackburn was convicted in district court of involuntary manslaughter in the death of his wife Cecil Hurst Blackburn. Judge W A Babcock sentenced him to not less than three and not more than ten years in the Idaho state penitentiary.
