Wendell Proposes Bridge Across River North Filer

The Wendell Commercial club backs a plan to build a 140 foot bridge across the Snake River, linking Wendell and Gooding counties with a new grade and hard surfaced road. Filer Woman's Club Plans Nov 1 Meeting At Twin Falls

The Filer Woman's Club will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday November 1 at 1. Schools and Businesses Closed Armistice Day

Armistice Day observances closed schools and almost all businesses in Filer and surrounding areas on Tuesday. The town held a Legion event with Twin Falls participation while residents hunted, dined together, and remembered those who died in World War I a year prior. Otto Wins Many Premiums at Lewiston Stock Show
