Funeral services held Tuesday for J M Darrow 44 who died Monday at the family home after a paralytic stroke. Born October 29, 1876 in Asherville Kansas he moved with his wife Nettie Rees to farm life and later to Filer. Survivors include wife Eben their son his mother Mrs Russell Darrow and a brother Jay. Burial by Modern Woodmen at a local cemetery.
