G Parke, a fruit and produce dealer, filed in district court Friday an action against J A Tyler, R L Tyler, and B O Tyler, trading as J and Tyler and Son, seeking damages of 2092 for breach of contract to deliver peaches during 1921 and 1425.42 for supplies alleged to have been advanced.
Asher B Wilson of Twin Falls seeks the Democratic nomination for district judge to be decided on Tuesday. Wilson has taught at Twin Falls high school and served on the district board. He is active in the legal profession and serves as president of the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Idaho Nevada Railway Machining company.
The Piler baseball team played Clover on the local diamond Sunday afternoon, winning by a close score of 12 to 11. A determined rally in the final innings gave Piler the crown in a tense contest.

A Wokineson man arrived home Saturday from Forest Grove Oregon near Portland where his sister Mia Sarah Dickson died July 2. Funeral services were held Wednesday as forest fires raged nearby and smoke was noted along the return trip to Idaho.
