Twin Falls County Fair Dates Set for Four Day Run
September 12 to 15 are chosen for the Seventh Twin Falls County Fair. A four day fair was agreed to at a meeting of the new fair board to allow proper livestock judging and display. Officials elected include J. H. Barker as president and Elmer Requa as vice president, with G. Davis serving as treasurer and J. M. Markel continuing as secretary through October 1. Committees on buildings, premiums, attractions, and speed were named to work with the secretary.

Servant In The House Delights Gem Audiences At Local Show
The public speaking class of the high school under coach Miss Gertrude Walter presented Charles Tiunn Kennedy’s The Servant In the House to a large Friday night audience. Seven cast members including Loren Drake Melvin Blackburn Claribel Water Learle Williamson Reese Gilek Joseph Batteries and Magdalene Schaefer delivered strong characterizations. Schaefer drew particular praise for her work. Mrs Maude Dygert provided pleasing selections during the intermission. The senior class has begun rehearsals for their commencement play.
