Prominent Young Lady Weds Jasper Company Man

Miss Lucille Beckmann, youngest daughter of Mrs. Henry Beckmann, married Grover Salb of Jasper in a nuptial high mass officiated by Rev. John Schorno. The ceremony followed by an all day reception at the bride's home and a bridal trip to French Lick and Chicago. Out-of-town guests from Jasper, Memphis, Louisville and Indianapolis attended.

Mrs. John Wibbels of St Anthony was found dead in her cellar Tuesday morning with a fractured skull. authorities suspect a stroke caused her to fall and hit a step. Herman Bolte and Henry Moeller, siblings of the deceased, reside nearby.

FiveYearOld Benno Pund Dies of Heart Disease

Benno Pund five died Monday evening after falling from a cattle drive near his St Meinrad home. Interment was at St Meinrad cemetery. The note includes community notices about a local drive, a substitute mail carrier, church picnic, and other local happenings.
