Suit Filed Over Alleged Wife Alienation Neighbors In Indiana

Jaaper Indiana November 23 1916 Jacob Shipman filed suit against Spicely and Wineinger for the alienation of his wife’s affection. The case follows hostile visits by Wineinger to Shipman’s property and a confrontation in which Shipman shot at Wineinger. Attorneys Sweeney Armstrong filed the action seeking 5000 dollars.
