Death of Henry Meyer in St Ferdinand
The many friends of Henry Meyer mourn his death last Saturday at eight in the morning after a paralytic stroke two to three weeks earlier. He was born May 15 1648 at Jasper and died aged 68 years 6 months 10 days. He lived near Ferdinand after farming then retired to town eight years ago. Survived by wife and seven children Ed Meyer Hutchinson Kansas Joe Meyer Mia Ben Meyer Mrs Oscar Temple Mrs Roy Egolf Evansville Mrs Anthony Renner Huntingburg and Miss Laura Meyer. Interment was in St Ferdinand cemetery after a requiem mass.
