Aged Man Died at Rockport After A Long Life
Mike Spayd aged 90 died Monday evening at Rockport from infirmities of old age. Formerly of Ferdinand he ran a flour and grit mill in the fifties near today’s Altmeyer residence. He served two terms as Spencer county sheriff. Interment was at Rockport Wednesday.
