Fulda Indiana Jan 26 1910 Mrs Frank Jacobs died at St Anthonys Hospital in Louisville after a postponed operation. She was 28 years old. she leaves her husband and two children. The funeral was held here Monday morning and was largely attended.
The sighting on Sunday evening at 6 in Ferdinand showed a bright comet first thought to be Halley’s. It was also seen by Roosevelt in South Africa a week earlier and by St. Louis University astronomers. It is fading as it moves away from the sun, with no clear identification. An anticipated Halley’s comet sighting is expected early next month, with several more potential appearances planned in the coming months.
