Entries note venue changes continuations trials and deadlines across Pike Warrick and Perry counties with judgments and accounts pending.

Karl Wever aged 13 years died last Friday afternoon of epilepsy after an eight year struggle. His parents watched him as he blacked his shoes and found him collapsed nearby. He was the son of Mr and Mrs Ben Wever of near town. Interment was Monday at 8:30 am. Our sympathy goes to the bereaved.
A historical church notice lists January events for members including Henry Harvell Karl Weyer Elizabeth Dilger John Baernlein Mathias Senninger and several others with families and relatives named. It notes a late afternoon power turn on by Wm Sauer of Ferdinand Electric Light Co to aid local businesspeople.
Evaniaville area notes show numerous visitors and locals in town for business, funerals, family visits, and social calls from Huntingburg Jasper Poseyville Rockport and St Meinrad with several entries detailing travel to Louisville Tell City and Mariah Hill during the week. An obituary notes Rev. O S B died near Horatio while traveling from North Dakota to St Meinrad after visiting his brother in Bellville. He formerly led the parish and spent 20 years at Devil Lake North Dakota. Burial was at Abbey cemetery. A two year old son of Mr and Mrs Anthony Huelemann died of membranous illness and was buried in Ireland. Marriages at St Ferdinand church included Otto Reckelhoff, Lizzie Pfaff Gerhard Bolte Ida Senniger. A baby girl was born to Mr and Mrs John Seger. A land listing describes a 120 acre farm near Malaih Hill with timber and good land. Ben Bolte & Sons installed Harvest Queen flouring mill. Louis Durchholz’s home welcomed a new arrival. Dr V Knapp was laid up with illness.

John Reinacker aged 74 died last Saturday at the home of his sister Mrs. Anton Bettag near Mariah Hill of infirmities from old age. He once conducted a store in Ferdinand and was an uncle of John P. Reinacker of this place. Burial was at Mariah Hill Monday morning.
In a fragmentary notice a tomb at Moria ill cemetery is referenced with mentions of Mordus and Tata. The readable text hints at a rest location but provides no clear date or definitive details about the burial site.
