Gas Men Play a Big Part in Winning War

Edgewood Arsenal Maryland employed about 10 000 men in secret work manufacturing poisonous gases that helped end the war. The plant grew from a forest to a city 600 acres with 35 miles of railways and complex gas production including chlorine phosgene and mustard gas.
