Former Resident of This Vicinity Dies in Louisiana
Mrs. Ferdinand Olinger died at her Rayne Louisiana home on January 39th after a lingering illness. Her husband seven children and aged father mourn her death. Deceased was Barbara Neu, daughter of Jake Neu of Rayne, La., formerly of St Meinrad. The bereaved husband was born and reared in this community.

Mrs. August Mattenbeier died at her home near Mariah Hill after a two week illness. She was 32, daughter of the late William Bosler and was married with seven children aged from six months to eleven. Interment at Mariah Hill this morning at eight. May she rest in peace.
