Mrs. Ursa Leo Bogle of near town dies Sunday night after a lingering illness of tuberculosis. She was the daughter of Mrs. Joe Verkamp and died at her home. She leaves her husband, mother, brothers, and sister, with eight children. Interment was Wednesday morning in St. Henry cemetery. The community offers sympathy to the bereaved.

F X Rickelmann cashier announces the notice. Ben Knust moved into a residence bought from Leo Snyder and Valentine Fleig moved to his old stand. Saturday night Valentine hosted a gathering with beer whiskey and cigars.

Mrs Joe Fleischman returned to Owensboro Ky after visiting relatives. Christ Wigger accompanied her back and stayed a few days. Mathias Ollager, a German visitor, arrived this week to visit relatives.
