Young Man Dies Visiting Home in Gunpoint Accident
Herman Dekemper returned from South Bend to Dubois Indiana for Thanksgiving and hunted with his brother Ben. A gun slipped from a stump, discharged, tearing his left hand and penetrating his stomach. Doctors treated him at home but he died Saturday morning after an operation showed no hope.
