Notice to Harbison Township residents that John R Edwards, a 21 year old resident, applies to Dubois County Indiana commissioners at the September term 1913 for leave to sell spirituous vinous and malt liquor in a one room ground floor space in a two story frame building on Main Street Dubois. The license period is one year with sale privileges of quantities under a quart. The room opens to a public highway and is in Harbison Township. The notice references compliance with an act regulating liquor sales.
