Farmers Union Warehouse Opens and Weighs First Bale
The Farmers Union warehouse was completed last week and weighed its first bale of cotton. J. John W. Adams, a Fayett resident, is elected general manager and in charge. Directors let the side track grading to Will Parrott and John Adams Jr. A platform 32 by 70 feet will be built by T. H. Stephens. The organization expects a strong season.
