Georgia Alabama and South Carolina county exhibitors may ship county exhibits free to Atlanta for the Southern Inter-State Fair starting October 9, via all railroads. The Southeastern Freight Association arranged this at a New York meeting. After the Atlanta fair, Georgia exhibitors may ship intact to the Savannah fair free of charge, spurring renewed county competition for $8,600 in prizes.
