Sale of Part Interest in Lanier Estate Land in Fayette County
By order of the Ordinary, the administrator of Russ Lanier deceased will sell at the courthouse steps on the first Tuesday in July 1925 the undivided one third interests in two tracts in Fayette County Georgia. First tract is about 88 acres in land lot 179 in district 549 bounded by W M Davis L E McElwaney Russell Brothers and Line Creek. Second tract about 100 acres in land lot 152 bounded by M A Butler W L Slaton Russell Brothers. Proceeds to pay Lanier debts and distribute to heirs. Public notice dated May 18 1925.
