From March tenth The Semi Weekly Journal expands to three issues weekly and maintains old prices. County commissions plan new Westbridge bridge and replace damaged ones with steel.
Stock Growers urged to buy Salvet Stock Food as the sole tonic to keep stock healthy and growing. For sale by Fife Mercantile and Hardware Co. Gard of Thanks expressed for kindness during illness and death of a mother, signed by WM. Preston and sisters.
The January honor roll lists pupils with averages of ninety percent or higher across grades one to ten. Names include Hary Ellison and Mildred Sibley in first grade, Lucile Coggins in fifth grade, Huie Alford in eighth, Walter Gordon in ninth, and Robert Glass in tenth, among others.
