Fatime Arnold sues Bartow Arnold in Georgia Kacite County seeking relief in an action of complaint. The defendant is required to appear at the next superior court on the eight Monday in September to answer the plaintiff's demand, witnessed by Judge Robert T. Bee and clerk W. J. At Chambers Aug 9 1911 ordered that the September Term 1911 of Fayette Superior Court be adjourned from the third Monday in September to the fourth Monday in September at nine o'clock A.M. Fayetteville High School resumes on the first Monday in September with strong faculty and up-to-date curriculum. Parents are urged to send all children at the start and maintain regular attendance to ensure successful progress, discipline will be firm yet fair, and cooperation from Fayetteville and county residents is sought to make the school one of the state’s leading institutions. Board in private homes is available, tuition is reasonable, and deductions from public funds apply with monthly payments.
