Model Dairy At State Fair

The dairy division of the United States Department of Agriculture will cooperate with the dairy department of A and M College to run a Model Dairy Milk House at the State Fair from September 23 to 30. Demonstrations on milk testing cream separation butter making will show the public the process and advantages. Each fair day will feature exhibits and simple explanations to improve dairy quality for visitors.
