Editor Allard of Americas Dies After Suffering
Mr. Allard, longtime editor of the Americas at Bi Reno, died after months of illness at home. He moved from Illinois to Enid in 1902, helped found the Daily Eagle, and edited it before relocating to Chickasha in 1905. He later worked on papers in Guthrie, Chickasha, and Checotah, leaving a widow and three children.
