Fred Alyn of Denver was arrested on a charge of stealing diamonds valued at 1500 from Ray Charlton also of Denver. The jewels were found sewn in his trousers waist band. The two theatrical people were in Ames while Charlton waited for mail. she withdrew charges upon his agreement to marry her.
