Dog Rescues Boy From Oncoming Train Near South Norwalk
In South Norwalk Connecticut on January 30 a large St. Bernard named Irish pulled three year old Buster Plunkett from the tracks as the Pittsfield Express neared. The child and dog were near death but escaped unharmed. Passersby stopped the train and collected a purse for the boy and dog’s owner John Davis.
