Capt. Hugo Sunstedt plans to pilot a giant sea plane assembled at Bayonne New Jersey to cross the Atlantic. The project involves a major aviation effort with details on the aircraft and likely flight date still being organized.
In a night of heavy rain the public avoided the sight of the growing ambulance convoy. Last June the ambulances departed field hospitals bound for Paris fifty miles away, arriving in numbers too great to delay until nightfall.

Dr Edouard David spoke of Eberts responsibility while an independent socialist woman interrupted with protests. The assembly ended in a long cheer as Ebert sat with bowed head.

Ukraine, Crimea, and a bolshevik government have signaled participation. The outcome hinges on Moscow soviet guarantees including hostilities cessation and troop withdrawals.
