Jefferson County Bar Association leaders organize free legal help for men of draft age filling out the questionnaire. A committee led by J S McKenney schedules lawyer volunteers by weekday to assist 8 am to 5 pm, with substitutes allowed if needed. Assistants will operate in the District Court room with Exemption Board and Clerk W L Long.
