Iowa's initial gross quota for unskilled labor in government war work is 5805, with about 2000 to be used by state plants leaving roughly 3805 for out of state needs. The state advisory board meets Monday to apportion 3000 workers among counties, based on county figures. A Washington telegram also limits advertising for 100+ worker jobs to curb bidding by agencies.
