Fairfield students chosen for National Federation college event
Two Fairfield students will attend the National Federation of College Students in the New England region in Boston. Neil Gearin represents the Council and T. Bimnet Murray is chosen by lot. The congress opens tonight at the Copley Plaza Hotel with remarks by Archbishop Richard J. Cushing. Gearin and Murray attend work groups on Student Government and Catholic Action Saturday morning. Costs are shared equally among college funds class funds and individual contributions.
