Hanover Clean Up After Agnes Flood Devastates Homes

After Tropical Storm Agnes battered Hanover with a record rainfall, residents resumed salvage work as water receded. Officials noted up to 9.56 inches in town and reports of up to 18 inches in rural areas south of Hanover.
