Pension bill details and fee reforms proposed by House Appropriations

The House Committee on Appropriations reports on the pension bill outlining funding of 20 25 million dollars with balances to be reappropriated. Postal Telegraphy Act Aimed at Government Lines

The Sub-committee report proposes Post Office run telegraph services at all post offices within ten miles of telegraph circuits with postmasters earning at least $500 annually.
