Banking Committee prepares to urge McPherson funding bill

Washington June 1 The Banking and Currency Committee will seek a special day to discuss the McPherson funding bill and the Dingley bill for government bond investments. Other committees plan to set days for bills on commerce agriculture foreign affairs military affairs and more. The unfinished land grant railroads survey bill faces Tuesday action along with a measure to bar contract labor and the ongoing Presidential count debate.

Mississippi River flooding hurts labor amid ration controversy
