Buffalo County Has Good Corn in Gann Valley
GANN VALLEY Sept. 13 Special Buffalo county's corn crop is rapidly crossing the danger line as Jack Frost’s attacks seem futile. Much of the corn is well matured and drying, with the best seed corn in years being selected. Warm weather should remove danger of frost. cutting has begun, with limited feed acreage expected. Threshing continues on remaining fields, and yields indicate Buffalo county’s small grain crop is strong. The feed situation may allow stockmen to feed extra cattle moved from southern areas.
